Imagine this...

You're standing at the summit after having hiked up a gruelling ascent, surrounded by rugged peaks and glacial lakes, and you didn't think about the pimple on your chin or the fat on your thighs once. This body, with its cellulite and its acne carried you up this mountain, and now you're standing at the summit among a group of badass adventurous women in awe of the lush valley below. And finally, you see that you are as much a part of nature as the mountains you love so much. You are overwhelmed with gratitude for your legs for their strength to get you up this mountain, and you did it. You broke free from the prison of self-criticism, and through nature + sisterhood, found you could love your body without needing to change it.

Tell me if this sounds like you...

You're working out, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep, but you still don't like what you see in the mirror

You love spending time in nature, you're in awe of its beauty, but refuse to see your own beauty

You exercise as punishment for how you look or what you ate, trying to change the way you look

You can't eat anything unless it's healthy without worrying about having to burn it off later

I'm scared that no one will like me...

It is going to feel scary and nerve-wracking the first time that you walk in to class and meet the women. And those women in class will be feeling the exact same way. What if you meet your best friend soulmate in this program? What if everyone loves and adores you?

When does it start and what are the hikes that we'll be doing?

She Climbs Mountains is coming summer 2025 in the Pemberton Valley.

Beige Boho Course Creator Workbook Document (1).png

I am an adventurous, creative, and passionate woman deeply connected to the land and the Universe. I got into yoga and fitness to change my body because I hated the way I looked, but I had no idea that it would completely heal the parts of me that wanted to change my body. Yoga and mountaineering have been the ways that I've been able to heal my body image. I moved to SE Asia in 2016 to complete my 200hr YTT certification, which is also where I got into hiking. When I'm not teaching yoga you can find me outside climbing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, surfing, or paddle boarding. As a yoga teacher, my cues are easy to follow and always start from the foundation and build up. I love helping women feel comfortable in their bodies and develop a deeper connection to self.
